In an effort to stay on schedule and get your order to you as efficiently as possible, Right Co. does not offer artwork proofs. Rest assured, if the photo you provide does not match our photo guidelines, or we feel your photo will not make the best wooden portrait, you will be contacted by a Right Co. representative for a different photo. 

Yes! You have the option of 1-4 pets in one portrait, depending on the size. If you’re interested in more than 3 pets, please email [email protected] for more information and assistance.

You may make any change within 12 hours of placing your order. This includes address updates! Any changes after 12 hours cannot be accommodated. Please email [email protected] with your order changes.

The VIP Pass order is an optional add-on to push your custom 3D wooden portrait to the front of Right Co.’s artist’s queue. With this VIP Pass, your custom piece will be finished sooner and shipped out to you faster than orders without this option. 

Right Co. is unable to accept returns due to the custom nature of these products. Your custom piece is designed personally for you from the photo(s) you provided of your pet(s). If you are unhappy with your order, our artist can work with you on a revision. Please reach out to [email protected] within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. 

Right Co. is hand cut and painted freehand.

Right Co. promptly works on your piece once your order has been placed. If you require a cancellation, it must be made within 12 hours from when your order was placed, and we will process a refund. Once past 12 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.

Depending on the size, a custom 3D wooden pet portrait takes a minimum of 2 weeks to create, and an ornament takes a minimum of 2-3 days to create.
Shipping in the USA arrives in 5-7 business days. Asia, Canada, Europe orders arrive (we estimate) 2-4 weeks. Keep in mind the additional shipping time during the holiday rush!

We aim to ship multiple items in one package, although one item may be completed ahead of time, resulting in it being shipped out first. For example, if you ordered a custom 3D wooden pet portrait and an ornament, the ornament may arrive separately.

Yes, all Right Co. orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive the tracking number and its updates!
